2. About the products sold in our shop
Generally, the products sold in our shop are not in stock.
We receive orders from customers and then production begins.
However, some items are available in stock.
If the item is available, you can look at the photos and if there are no problems, you can purchase it immediately.
3. How to purchase
How to order
For items that are not in stock, please contact us using the inquiry form. Please enter the product number on the form and submit. We will reply to you shortly.
After several exchanges, if there are no issues, payment will be made and the product will be shipped to the customer once completed.
Payment
Our shop basically operates on a cashless payment system. We do not accept cash payments. Thank you for your understanding.
From ordering to receiving the product
Overall flow
1. Find the product on the Shop Items page.

2. When you find the product you want, click Contact Us and fill in the required items in the form.

3. After sending the form email, you will automatically receive a confirmation email from our shop. We will then send you an email.

4. After contacting us several times, if there is no problem, please pay.

5. As soon as we can confirm the payment, we will move on to the production of the work.

6. When the shipment is ready, we will contact you again.

Domestic orders
Delivery usually takes about two weeks, but this may vary depending on your request.
We will let you know when we receive your order.
International orders
For orders from overseas, shipping may not be possible depending on the location.
Regarding shipping methods, there are various options such as ship and plane. Please inquire about shipping methods and fees when ordering.
4. Returns Policy
Basically, there will be no claims or returns, but depending on the contents of the product, we may be able to make alterations (however, only for the first purchase, this may include illustrations or key chains).
