Regarding delivery

Our shop offers domestic and international shipping.

Please note that, especially when it comes to overseas shipping, we may not be able to ship to some countries or some products.

Please contact us to inquire whether delivery is possible or not.

Shipping Terms

Generally, we do not accept returns, but we may accept them depending on the contents.

With a few exceptions, almost all of the products in our shop are handmade. We try to make the colors in the product photos as close to the actual product as possible, but depending on the viewing environment, etc., it is difficult to reproduce the exact colors.

 

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Important Notice Regarding Domestic Shipping

  • Once the product has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address, change the contents, or cancel the order.

  • Each order will be shipped to one location.

  • All orders placed through the online store will be delivered.

  • If you place multiple orders before shipping, we will ship them together if they are to the same address.

  • Generally, we do not accept requests for specific dates and times.

  • Delivery may be delayed due to factors such as region, traffic, and weather.

  • If your package is returned due to your extended absence or refusal to accept it, we may charge you the shipping fee for re-delivery.

Important Notice Regarding International Shipping

  • Please write your shipping address and name in English.

  • Orders are subject to customs duties and consumption taxes based on the laws of each country, and may also be subject to customs clearance fees by the postal service of the destination country. All payments of customs duties, etc. incurred after shipment are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • For shipments outside of Japan, we will include a commercial invoice to avoid delays at customs. In order to comply with international import and export rules and regulations, we will not lower the order amount listed on the commercial invoice.
